End to end project management:
Our expertise extends to all aspects of real estate development, encompassing a wide range of services from market evaluation and land search to due diligence, site planning, feasibility study, construction, marketing, and even rental property operation and management.
In our projects, we frequently engage in Mix Cross Subsidy Project schemes, which involve the development of housing units catering to different income groups, commonly referred to as "Co-Development." This approach allows us to create inclusive communities by providing housing options for the upper, middle, and lower income segments.
A notable achievement for our Architects was their significant involvement in assisting with the development of the pioneering "New City of Bumi Serpong Damai" (BSD) in Tangerang. Our contributions ranged from initial planning and feasibility studies to overseeing construction and marketing efforts.
